Debug-signed, fine for kennel test. Android may ask to allow installs from this browser.

Chrome on Android: menu → Add to Home screen. The PWA is this same portal in standalone display. HTTP LAN install is the APK; A2HS is the fallback if you cannot sideload.

Port 8080 is docker-compose. First launch of the APK asks which URL to use. Rebuild with bash android/build-apk.sh or npm run apk.
